Bio:
Previous to being elected Andrea enjoyed a 23-year career in finance as Financial Institutions Director at Barclays Bank, Managing Director of a London hedge fund and then, Head of Corporate Governance for Invesco Perpetual, one of the UK's largest retail fund managers. Andrea is a Trustee of a children's charity which helps struggling families to bond with their babies. In Parliament, Andrea is a Member of the Treasury Select Committee and is the Vice Chairman of the APPG on Sure Start.
